Summary

This page sets out the main risks of $HBM and the limits of HBM's results. Read it before you trade. It is part of the Terms of Service.

$HBM can lose all of its value

Launch tokens are highly volatile. The price of $HBM can fall sharply or to zero, and you may not be able to sell at the price you expect, or at all.

HBM makes no promise about the value, returns, liquidity, listings or future uses of $HBM. Holding it gives no ownership of HBM, no share of revenue and no claim against anyone.

How the launch works

$HBM launches on Pons v2. The whole supply starts on a constant-product bonding curve: every buy raises the price and every sell lowers it. Each trade on the curve pays a base fee plus any creator tax set at launch, and buys in the first seconds after launch pay an extra launch tax that falls to zero.

When the curve sells out, the launch graduates: its liquidity moves into a Uniswap v4 pool and is locked permanently. Fees continue in the pool through the Pons hook. Where buybacks are enabled, the tokens bought back are locked and released gradually over five years.

The rates for $HBM are in the token docs.

Smart contracts and the chain

  • Smart contracts can contain bugs or be exploited. HBM does not control the Pons or Uniswap contracts.
  • Robinhood Chain, its RPC endpoints and wallets can be slow, unavailable or fail.
  • Transactions cannot be reversed. A wrong address or amount cannot be corrected.
  • Other traders can see pending transactions and trade ahead of them; slippage limits reduce but do not remove this.
  • Anyone can launch a token with the same name or ticker. The only valid $HBM contract address is the one shown in the token docs.

Where $HBM is not available

Do not buy, sell or hold $HBM where it is prohibited, or if you are subject to sanctions. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you and for any taxes.

Market data on HBM

Prices, market caps, holder counts, volume and charts on HBM are computed from public Robinhood Chain data and third-party ETH to USD prices. They can be delayed, incomplete or wrong, and they are not a recommendation.

No investment advice

Nothing on HBM is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, or an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any token, security or other asset. Consider getting independent advice before you trade.

Benchmark results

  • Results are effective throughput measured in a browser, not manufacturer specifications.
  • Device classes come from what the browser reports and can be wrong.
  • The MEM Score is a relative, logarithmic scale, not a physical unit.
  • The AI decode ceiling is an upper bound; real software runs slower.

Robinhood Stock Tokens

The Memory Economy page lists companies by their role in AI memory and shows whether a Robinhood Stock Token exists for them. Robinhood Stock Tokens are issued by Robinhood Assets (Jersey) Limited, are not offered to U.S. persons and are restricted in several other jurisdictions.

Company names describe industry roles only. They do not imply endorsement by, or affiliation with, those companies, Robinhood or Pons.
